I help athletes, teams, and athletic staff build trust, strengthen communication, and perform under pressure on and off the field. Services can be booked individually or as part of a customized package.

Athlete Group Training

Group training sessions help athletes develop mental skills, resilience, and confidence. Coaches can request these sessions for their team, and parents can sign up their athletes for independent group sessions not tied to a specific team.

Topics include:

  • Performance mindset and focus
  • Emotional regulation under pressure
  • Teamwork, communication, and leadership


Parent Support Sessions

Parent support sessions offer guidance for coaches and staff to engage families effectively, from navigating challenging conversations to aligning on club policies and fostering supportive environments for athletes.

On-site Mental Performance Support

Real-time mental health and performance support during practices, games, or events.  Coaches and athletic staff may request these services for their teams.

This includes:

  • On-field observation of communication, cohesion, and performance barriers
  • Leadership consultations
  • Support for high-pressure moments and athlete stress regulation
